Job Description
The Administrative Secretary provides secretarial support to a Director. Coordinates meetings, calendars and communications. Performs many routine duties such as creating documents, meeting minutes, time coding, work orders and ordering supplies. Initiates and manages special projects. Displays a high degree of independent judgment and self-direction.
Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent GED. Secretarial or business school preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment is required.
- PC experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Must be able to type 50 wpm.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
