Job Description

About Company

At Finantic AI India, we sit at the intersection of finance and technology, helping US Commercial real estate companies run their finance and accounting smarter. We work on real-world areas you study - lease accounting, asset and portfolio reporting, record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay and use AI automation tools to make these processes faster, more accurate, and fully audit-ready.

Based in Chennai and serving US clients, we offer commerce graduates with good analytical mindset, a launchpad to apply core accounting concepts, build strong MSExcel and ERP skills, learn how AI is transforming finance operations, and grow into future-ready finance professionals in a high-learning startup environment.

The US Commercial real estate market is entering a renewed growth phase, with major firms projecting steady recovery in leasing and investment activity across sectors like industrial, multifamily, data centers, and high-quality office assets. This growth is driving intense focus on robust finance and accounting operations.

US CFOs are tightening month-end close, lender reporting, lease accounting, and portfolio-level consolidation, and increasingly rely on specialized offshore teams to handle this work at scale. For commerce graduates, this creates a strong learning runway: you get hands-on exposure to real estate leases, property-level P&L, cash-flow and refinancing metrics, consolidations across large portfolios, and the use of AI in F&A, building a profile that is both technically strong and globally relevant in a high-demand niche market

· Prepare concise dashboards covering compliance status, overdue actions, audit findings, training completion and improvement initiatives.

· Coordinate awareness sessions and practical guidance on policies, secure working and process adherence.

· Apply basic root-cause analysis and Lean / Six Sigma concepts to recurring errors, rework and delays.

· Track improvements through measurable benefits such as reduced turnaround time, fewer follow-ups, better record completeness or lower rework.
