PAY RATE: $32.28 - $53.50
BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $11.30 WEEKENDER DIFFERENTIAL + $4.50 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

Gen Med/Surgical adult unit primarily cares for pre/post surgical patients, including but not limited to: orthopedics,
bariatrics, vascular, neurology, and general surgery. The unti also serves general medical patients with daignosis, including
but not limited to: sepsis, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, skin & wound conditions, and infections. Modified primary nursing is the care delivery model utilized and includes the following team members: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers and Unit Secretary. The team is also supported by a unit-based Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, and an Unit-based Educator.

This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources and taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a nursing care plan provided by the nursing team. Provides direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adolescent through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
