Creative Strategist, Consumer Growth Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist, Consumer Growth Marketing based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and performance marketing, where storytelling meets measurable impact. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling high-performing creative across paid media and app growth channels, ensuring every concept is built not just to inspire but to convert. Working in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning brand, product, and growth marketing. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, turning insights into compelling campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will continuously test, iterate, and refine creative approaches based on performance data and market trends. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic position for someone who thrives in blending instinct with analytics to unlock scalable growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of creative strategy across static, video, dynamic, and emerging ad formats for performance and brand campaigns.
  • Translate audience insights, product understanding, and performance data into high-converting creative concepts and hypotheses.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Product, Growth, ASO) and external partners to brief, review, and refine creative assets.
  • Build and manage structured testing frameworks, creative playbooks, and experimentation roadmaps to scale winning concepts.
  • Monitor campaign and creative performance, analyzing results to inform iteration, optimization, and future strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to accelerate ideation, production workflows, and performance analysis.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to ensure continuous innovation in creative output.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth-focused advertising, ideally within consumer tech or agency environments.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google App Campaigns/UAC, Apple Search Ads, or similar ecosystems.
  • Understanding of ASO principles and experimentation methods for app store creative optimization.
  • Strong balance of creative intuition and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect ideas to measurable performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across creative, marketing, and product teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and marketing analytics platforms is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or performance creative studios, along with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
