Wearelooking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician I to join our team at The District at Ashland in Ashland, OH!!The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

Pay of $20.00-$23.00
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need from you:

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
At least 40 hours per week
On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
