This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a End User Services Tower Lead based in Brazil.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and modernizing the digital workplace and end-user computing environment at a global scale. You will define the vision for next-generation endpoint services, including cloud-based workspaces, virtual application delivery, and AI-enabled devices. The role combines architecture, vendor governance, and operational leadership, with a strong emphasis on user experience and security. You will lead outsourced service providers while ensuring SLA/XLA excellence and continuous service improvement. Acting as a key decision-maker, you will influence endpoint strategy, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives. Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of the end-user services ecosystem, ensuring a modern, secure, and scalable digital workplace environment, while balancing cost, performance, and user experience:
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for digital workplace transformation, including DaaS, VDI, cloud-native endpoints, and AI-driven workforce technologies
- Oversee global endpoint operations including patch management, device lifecycle, image engineering, and software deployment across Windows and macOS environments
- Manage and govern outsourced managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring delivery excellence beyond SLAs and toward experience-driven outcomes (XLAs)
- Partner with enterprise security teams to ensure endpoint compliance, strengthen security posture, and reduce organizational attack surface
- Lead vendor management for endpoint platforms (UEM/MDM), PC manufacturers, and hardware supply chain partners
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across hardware, licensing, and lifecycle management while maintaining service quality
- Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives, reducing environmental impact across IT asset lifecycles
- Collaborate with local IT and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and adoption of digital workplace standards
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in endpoint technologies with strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning capabilities:
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, or digital workplace environments
- Strong expertise in Windows and macOS enterprise management
- Proven experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager)
- Hands-on knowledge of VDI/DaaS solutions (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365) and cloud-based endpoint strategies
- Experience managing large outsourced IT operations or global MSP contracts
- Strong background in IT service management (ITSM), AIOps, or DEX monitoring tools (e.g., Nexthink or similar)
- Experience in budgeting, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and vendor negotiation
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles related to endpoint and workplace management
- Ability to translate between technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
