This is a senior healthcare operations leadership role focused on building, scaling, and optimizing integrated clinical service lines across behavioral health, pharmacy, and nursing. You will be responsible for translating clinical strategy into day-to-day operational execution that improves outcomes, reduces total cost of care, and strengthens patient engagement. The role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, data analytics, and value-based care performance management, requiring close partnership with clinical leaders, product teams, and data stakeholders. You will drive operational excellence through workforce planning, capacity management, and performance tracking across key healthcare metrics. - Lead the execution and continuous optimization of integrated clinical service operations across behavioral health, pharmacy, and nursing service lines.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management to ensure efficient staffing, balanced workloads, and optimal service delivery.
- Drive performance against key clinical and operational metrics, including HEDIS quality measures, total cost of care, risk adjustment, and productivity KPIs.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to support real-time performance tracking.
- Manage unit economics by improving operational efficiency and reducing cost per engaged member across service lines.
- Translate enterprise growth strategies into detailed operational roadmaps, staffing models, and execution plans.
- Support expansion into new markets and payer partnerships through operational readiness planning and implementation support.
- Standardize clinical workflows and care delivery playbooks to ensure consistency, safety, and high-quality coordination of care.
- Partner with clinical leadership to operationalize evidence-based care models across integrated service lines.
- Lead operational aspects of pilot programs, including performance tracking, ROI analysis, and scale readiness decisions.
- Improve clinical documentation accuracy and completeness to support risk capture and quality reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare delivery, population health, or healthcare service management.
- Strong experience in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and operational modeling in healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and use dashboards to drive operational improvements.
- Experience building standardized workflows, operational playbooks, or scalable healthcare delivery systems.
- Proven ability to translate strategic goals into detailed execution plans and operational roadmaps.
- Experience managing budgets and improving unit economics in a healthcare or service operations context.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside clinical leaders and technical teams (product, engineering, data science).
- Familiarity with value-based care models, HEDIS metrics, risk adjustment, and total cost of care management is highly desirable.
- Experience in behavioral health, pharmacy, or nursing operations is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving healthcare environments such as startups or growth-stage organizations.
