Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to support pharmacy and clinical operations. This role is ideal for someone with pharmacy operations experience who enjoys building strong processes, keeping inventory and patient case workflows moving, and supporting teams behind the scenes so patients receive timely, high-quality care. This is a remote position with the potential for occasional travel. The role is expected to begin as per diem, with the possibility of growing into part-time or full-time work as business needs evolve.

What You’ll Do 🌟

As a Pharmacy Operations Specialist, you will help support the operational workflows that keep pharmacy and patient care processes running smoothly. You will:

βœ… Develop, maintain, and support standardized pharmacy operations workflows, including medication inventory management, patient case preparation, dispensing support, and medication preparation processes.

βœ… Serve as a primary resource for entering, queuing, and maintaining patient cases in McKesson Lynx or other pharmacy inventory management and dispensing systems.

βœ… Coordinate medication inventory activities, including tracking, replenishment, purchasing support, reconciliation, expiration monitoring, and waste reduction.

βœ… Support pharmacy dispensing, mixing, sterile compounding, and medication preparation workflows by helping ensure required information, inventory, supplies, and documentation are accurate and available.

βœ… Partner with clinical operations, pharmacy, nursing, and site leadership to support timely and accurate medication availability for patient care.

βœ… Identify workflow gaps, inventory concerns, system issues, and process improvement opportunities, and help implement practical solutions.

βœ… Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inventory, patient case preparation, pharmacy workflow, and operational activities.

βœ… Provide remote operational support to pharmacy and clinical teams, with occasional travel as needed for training, workflow implementation, process review, or site support.

What We’re Looking For πŸ”Ž

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working across systems, teams, and pharmacy-related workflows.

You may be a great fit if you have:

πŸŽ“ Education consistent with pharmacy technician or sterile compounding technician requirements.

πŸ’Š At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, sterile compounding, or a healthcare operations environment.

πŸ“¦ Experience supporting medication inventory management, purchasing, dispensing, and medication preparation workflows.

πŸ–₯️ Experience using pharmacy inventory management and dispensing systems. Experience with McKesson Lynx or a similar inventory management system is preferred.

πŸ“‹ Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining standardized operational processes and workflows.

πŸ” Experience coordinating drug inventory activities, including inventory tracking, replenishment, reconciliation, and waste reduction.

What Helps You Succeed in This Role πŸ’‘

The right person for this role is someone who enjoys being a trusted operational resource. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to the pharmacy, clinical operations, and site teams you support.

Success in this role will require:

✨ Strong attention to detail
✨ Clear and timely communication
✨ Comfort working in pharmacy-related systems
✨ Ability to organize information and follow through
✨ A process improvement mindset
✨ Respect for compliance, accuracy, and patient safety
✨ A collaborative approach to supporting clinical and pharmacy teams

Why This Role Matters ❀️

This position plays an important role in supporting medication readiness, pharmacy workflow, and patient case preparation. While much of the work happens behind the scenes, the impact is meaningful: helping clinical and pharmacy teams stay organized, prepared, and ready to serve patients.

If you enjoy pharmacy operations, inventory coordination, and building reliable processes that support excellent care, we’d love to hear from you. πŸš€
