Lab Assistant/Courier in Gastonia, North Carolina at CaroMont Health

Job Summary: Supporting laboratory position with duties including specimen/supply transport, specimen tracking, specimen registration, and telephone call center responsibilities. Drives company vehicle and occasional personal vehicle to and from physician offices and other healthcare facilities to pick up specimens, deliver laboratory reports and supplies. Serves as laboratory customer service representative with office customers.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Valid North Carolina drivers license, skills in driving motor vehicle and maintaining a safe driving record. No laboratory experience required; computer skills desirable. Ability to manage time and to meet rigid schedules. Possess exceptional customer relations skills.
