This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Engineer - Endpoint/MTD (Device) & Cybersecurity based in India.
This role is an opportunity to become a trusted technical expert supporting enterprise customers across mobile security, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity solutions.
You will own complex customer issues from initial investigation through resolution, combining technical troubleshooting with strong customer communication.
The position sits at the intersection of mobile applications, SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security operations.
You will investigate product behavior, diagnose issues, validate fixes, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and customer success teams.
Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, product reliability, and the continuous improvement of security solutions.

- Own customer-reported technical issues from investigation through resolution, maintaining clear communication and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and debug mobile applications, SaaS-based solutions, endpoint security environments, and related infrastructure to identify root causes and durable solutions.
- Develop strong expertise across mobile threat defense, mobile applications, device security, mobile device management, and enterprise security technologies.
- Validate customer-specific fixes and product releases in collaboration with QA teams, and support technical documentation for customer requirements and solutions.
- Gather customer feedback, identify recurring product issues, and follow established escalation processes for unresolved bugs or product gaps.
- Create and maintain engineering tickets with clear technical details to help development teams investigate and resolve product issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Development teams across different time zones to resolve complex customer challenges.
- Monitor potential customer risks and provide appropriate visibility to internal stakeholders when issues may affect security, availability, or customer experience.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge of the platform and related technologies to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and customer support quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience for junior profiles or 5+ years for senior profiles in enterprise software, technical customer support, or related engineering environments.
- Experience supporting cloud-based web applications, preferably within cybersecurity, mobile security, endpoint management, or mobile device management environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical problems systematically.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, SQL, and scripting, along with solid Unix/Linux skills.
- Practical knowledge of mobile applications, mobile architecture, and mobile device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, or Citrix.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or ArcSight and an understanding of security monitoring concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies, including AWS, Docker/Linux containers, OpenStack, PostgreSQL, and Kafka, is valuable.
- Understanding of mobile application delivery and deployment concepts across iOS and Android; experience with Android Studio, ADB, JUnit, or Xcode is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with distributed teams.
- Prior experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology environment is advantageous.
