Job Description
Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, commercial performance, and ongoing business activities for assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary customer interface and works cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth opportunities for Amaneos.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own and manage the commercial relationship with assigned customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and Amaneos for commercial and account-related matters.
Responsible for profitability and financial performance of assigned accounts.
Prepare and report account performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support customer needs.
Support quotation activities for new business, engineering changes, and commercial revisions.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and agreements in alignment with Amaneos objectives.
Track and manage open commercial issues including pricing, tooling, claims, and recovery actions.
Support customer forecasts, volume changes, and long-term planning activities.
Ensure timely communication of customer requirements internally.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial and operational disciplines.
Ensure compliance with Amaneos policies, quality standards, and applicable QMS/EMS requirements.
OTHER REASONALBE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in account management, sales, or program management.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
