You will monitor delinquency indicators, recovery portfolios, operational workflows, and service quality.
The position combines data analysis, financial knowledge, customer service, and process improvement.
You will contribute to recovery campaigns, action plans, and initiatives designed to improve collection and recovery processes.
Your work will involve spreadsheets, data gathering, research, dashboards, and interactive reporting to support operational decisions.

Monitor credit recovery portfolios and delinquency indicators, identifying relevant trends and opportunities for action.
Follow demands throughout the credit recovery cycle and monitor service quality and operational performance.
Participate in the design and implementation of improvements to credit recovery workflows and processes.
Support recovery campaigns and action plans, contributing to their execution and monitoring.
Ensure daily activities comply with applicable policies, internal standards, procedures, and institutional values.
Manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, prepare operational controls, and compile relevant data and information.
Conduct research related to credit recovery and organize findings to support operational and management decisions.
Build charts, dashboards, and interactive reports to facilitate monitoring and analysis of recovery activities.
Provide high-quality service to members and affiliated organizations through the available communication channels.
Execute internal operational workflows according to established procedures and manuals.
Meet defined SLAs and service-level expectations while maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within credit recovery operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity tools, particularly spreadsheets.
Knowledge of financial products and services.
Understanding of financial institution routines, processes, and applicable legislation.
Knowledge of financial mathematics and risk management concepts.
Familiarity with collection strategies using multiple communication channels.
Understanding of credit recovery processes and related operational routines.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with data, indicators, spreadsheets, and operational controls.
Strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple processes and deadlines.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and service-level requirements.
Ability to collaborate with different teams and contribute to process improvements.
