Responsibilities

Utility (7a–3p / 10a–6p)

• Assist kitchen/staff as needed (supporting prep and cleanup)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Perform basic dishwashing/cleaning and stocking supplies
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Cook / Cooks (7a–3p / 10a–6p)

• Prepare and cook menu items as assigned
• Support food prep and kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling standards
• Work efficiently during busy service hours and follow direction from supervisors

• Prior kitchen experience preferred (especially for Cook/Cooks)
• Ability to stand and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for the assigned shift
• Comfortable following safety/sanitation guidelines
• Must be 18 years or older and have a clean background
