This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive based in the United States.

This is a high-impact new-business sales role focused on building strategic partnerships with leading enterprise brands.
You’ll identify opportunities across sponsorships, media, research, events, executive engagement, and thought leadership.
The role combines consultative selling, relationship development, and creative solution design to address evolving client needs.

You’ll join a fully remote team while helping shape partnerships that support a broader professional community and mission.

Accountabilities:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue, developing strategic relationships, and turning client business objectives into customized partnership opportunities.

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnership opportunities across sponsorships, advertising, research, events, executive engagement, and other organizational offerings.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Consistently work toward revenue targets by developing relationships with new decision-makers and opening doors within enterprise organizations.
  • Develop consultative partnership solutions by understanding client objectives and designing programs that create meaningful value for both clients and the organization.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, deliver, and optimize partnership opportunities while sharing market insights that inform future growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships by demonstrating ROI, identifying expansion opportunities, and supporting renewals.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasts, proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
  • Bring market and customer insights into cross-functional discussions to help identify new opportunities and improve partnership offerings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2B consultative sales, partnerships, or business development, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience selling complex solutions to enterprise stakeholders.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, partnerships, or business development, with a demonstrated record of closing new business.
  • Proven experience prospecting, building pipelines, and managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
  • Experience selling sponsorships, media, advertising, events, research, marketing solutions, or comparable offerings.
  • Experience selling to enterprise organizations or Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience using Salesforce or another CRM to manage pipelines and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and proactive, with a strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling client proposals.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit, association, higher education, or membership organizations is highly preferred.
  • An existing network of marketing and/or HR and talent decision-makers is a plus.
  • Must be based in one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B sponsorship is not available for this position.
