As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide administrative support across Human Resources and Payroll functions while helping ensure a positive employee experience from hire to retirement.
Responsibilities include:
- Support payroll operations through timecard audits, attendance tracking, payroll reporting, and employee payroll inquiries.
- Train employees on timekeeping procedures, punch codes, and time off requests.
- Assist supervisors and managers with timecard reviews and corrections.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Conduct background checks and employment verification processes.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries.
- Manage HR documentation, compliance tracking, and employee files.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and company-wide programs.
- Assist with policy communication and employee education efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Administration experience.
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
