THE POSITION
Join our dedicated Blue Ridge Medical Group team as a Director of Operations, where you will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the practices. You will provide leadership to practice management staff, serve as a liaison between physicians and administration, and support the practice's overall growth, financial health, and compliance.
