Property & Causuality (P&C) domain experience is required.

Role Summary:
The Project Manager supports Employee Technology by coordinating small to medium size with low to medium complexity technology initiatives and assisting senior project managers on larger enterprise efforts. This role helps maintain delivery capacity, manage project plans and status reporting, track risks and dependencies, support stakeholder communication, and ensure initiatives progress with appropriate governance, quality, and operational readiness. The role supports Employee Technology priorities such SharePoint modernization, forms replacement, Desktop-as-a-Service evaluation, mobile device strategy transformation, Microsoft licensing renewal, and quarterly technology lifecycle releases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technology projects and support larger enterprise initiatives
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, status reports, decision logs, risk logs, and issue logs
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and action items
• Prepare clear project updates for business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders
• Support Agile (Kanban) delivery practices, including planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and
retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functional work with technical teams, business partners, vendors, Information
Security, Legal, Sourcing, Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations, and support teams
• Help ensure adherence to delivery, governance, quality, security, change management, and
operational readiness expectations
• Assist with change and adoption activities, including communications, training, pilot planning, and
rollout support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business, Project Management, or a related field; or
• Associate degree in a technical field and two years of related experience; or
• High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of project planning tools (Clarity and Jira), Microsoft office applications, and status
reporting
• Basic understanding of IT platforms, infrastructure, application delivery, vendor coordination, and
change management
• One year of professional experience in a corporate environment
• Insurance industry experience
• CAPM or progress toward a project management certification
