Mobile Business Manager in Lubbock, Texas at Bahama Bucks Franchise Corp

Position Summary

The Mobile Business Manager leads Bahama Buck's mobile sales strategy and operational support, encompassing Food Trucks & Trailers, Tent Service, Catering, and Fundraising. This role drives external growth by supporting franchisees in mobile operations, maintaining brand compliance across the trailer and truck fleet, optimizing mobile technology, and ensuring excellent service for contract partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand standards for Tent Service, Catering, and Food Trucks & Trailers to facilitate operational consistency
• Optimize mobile POS systems, ordering technologies, and fleet GPS tracking compliance in collaboration with Field Operations
• Devise and maintain control systems, audit processes, and annual physical inspections to ensure mobile units adhere to brand standards and report sales accurately
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for franchisees, collaborating with the Marketing team to develop sales assets, pitch decks, and advertising aids
• Consult with franchisees on mobile unit acquisitions and transfers, provide operational support, and manage new truck/trailer onboarding projects
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of mobile sales initiatives
• Identify and cultivate strategic national and regional partnerships to expand event opportunities across the franchise network
• Provide responsive technical and operational support to franchisees for catering and mobile sales opportunities

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
• Bahama Buck’s shop experience is preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of leadership experience in mobile food service, franchise operations, catering, or event management
• Self-directed with strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and franchisee relations skills
• Proficient with mobile POS systems, inventory management, remote technology, and project tracking tools
• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills
• Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operation restrictions
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
