Client is able to move around independently and can shower,and use the bathroom without assistance. However, he has swelling in his legs and an unsteady balance. Caregivers should remain attentive to mobility and safety, especially during ambulation, bathing, and transitions around the home.

The caregiver will provide support with:
Personal care
Meal preparation
Laundry
Light housekeeping
Occasional errands
Fall-prevention awareness and monitoring
Companionship and engagement in preferred activities

Client Interests and Compatibility
Client enjoys playing video games, as well as playing spades and pool. Client may work best with a caregiver who is patient, friendly, conversational, and willing to engage with him around his interests.

A caregiver who is observant, dependable, comfortable assisting with personal care, and mindful of fall risk would be a strong match.
