Twin Ports Area | Superior Fuel Company

Not all driving jobs are built the same.

At Superior Fuel Company, you’re not stuck in a warehouse, chained to a dock, or buried in corporate red tape. Our drivers enjoy independent routes, strong pay, real work-life balance, and a team that treats people with respect.

If you want steady year-round work, great benefits, and summers that actually leave room for life outside of work — this could be the job you’ve been looking for.

Why Drivers Love Working Here

Flexible Summers
During the summer, most drivers work just 4 days per week, giving you more time for family, fishing, cabins, camping, or simply enjoying Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Strong Winter Earnings
Winter is our busy season — which means more hours, overtime opportunities, and bigger paychecks when you want them.

Independence on the Road
You’ll run your own route, work independently, and serve customers who genuinely appreciate what you do.

Local Company. Real People.

We’re locally owned and operated — not a giant corporation. That means less micromanaging, more support, and leadership that actually knows your name.
