Job Description
SkoFlo Industries Inc. — Woodinville, WA
$28.00 an hour
SkoFlo designs and manufactures industry-leading chemical injection components used around the world. We are known for precision, reliability, and a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
Our success is driven by talented, dedicated employees, and we support our team with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. We hire for potential, motivation, and the ability to grow—not just a checklist of skills.
- Build Real Products: Work with your hands on subsea and surface valve components that ship to oil and gas operations worldwide — not abstract projects, real hardware that has to work.
- Have a Clear Growth Path: This is the entry point on our technical career ladder — General Technician to Technician 1 to Technician 2 to Team Lead — with defined expectations at every step, not a dead-end role.
- Learn From People Who Know the Work: You’ll train directly alongside experienced Technicians and Team Leads who will teach you the trade.
- Be Part of a Small, Focused Team: SkoFlo is a small private company where your work is visible and matters — you won’t disappear into a large organization.
- Be Cared About: Competitive starting pay ($28/hour), comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) match with 100% company contribution up to 4% are just the start.
- Assist experienced Technicians in mechanical assembly of subsea and/or surface valves
- Support crate, receptacle, coupler, and sub-assembly builds
- Support pre-fabrication (pre-FAT) preparation and build/test activities
- Follow documented work instructions precisely, and know when to ask rather than guess
- Learn to use hand tools, measuring equipment, and standard test equipment under guidance
- Accurately log your time to the correct job in our ERP system (Kinetic) for every task
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior manufacturing experience required — mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn matter more than a resume
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Basic hand tool familiarity a plus, but not required — we’ll train you
- Position is onsite in Woodinville, WA. Current shop schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4x10 (10-hour shifts); some standing/lifting required (up to 40 lbs occasionally)
If you’re looking for a place to learn a trade, grow into more responsibility, and see your work go into equipment that actually matters, we encourage you to apply today.
