Job Description

Events Marketing Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Events Marketing Executive based in France.

As an Events Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of creating impactful event experiences that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and support business growth across Europe. This role combines strategic event marketing, creative direction, campaign execution, and relationship management in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. You will shape how the organization appears at conferences, industry events, and flagship experiences by connecting marketing strategy with memorable in-person activations. Working closely with global teams, creative partners, and event specialists, you will influence everything from audience engagement campaigns to booth experiences and brand storytelling. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized marketer who enjoys balancing creativity, strategy, and execution while managing multiple initiatives across regions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end event marketing strategies, including audience targeting, campaign planning, registration growth, engagement initiatives, and post-event follow-up.
  • Own the attendee and speaker experience for major events by managing communication, briefings, relationships, and ensuring a seamless journey from confirmation through follow-up.
  • Develop creative concepts and oversee brand experiences for flagship events, including booth design, event environments, and visual storytelling.
  • Manage creative direction for sponsorship activations and regional events, ensuring consistent brand standards across different markets.
  • Define and guide swag concepts, creative standards, and brand alignment while collaborating with operational teams for delivery.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and manage relationships with designers, agencies, and external vendors across multiple projects.
  • Build strong relationships with regional communities, partners, venues, and event stakeholders throughout Europe.
  • Support event initiatives across additional international markets when needed, ensuring consistency across global campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement, brand impact, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across partnerships, revenue, operations, and marketing to deliver successful event programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing B2B field marketing programs, event portfolios, or large-scale and community-driven event activations.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, campaign development, registration growth, and engagement tactics.
  • Experience managing creative event elements such as booth design, fabrication, brand experiences, or physical marketing environments.
  • Ability to create clear creative briefs, manage vendors, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver high-quality work across concurrent initiatives.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote and distributed environment with strong ownership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Based in the UK or Europe and comfortable with occasional international travel across Europe, the US, and Singapore.
  • Nice to have: experience with event technology platforms, SaaS or technology companies, digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or global event programs.
Benefits:
  • Annual company retreat to connect with colleagues from around the world.
  • Dedicated conference budget to support professional growth and industry engagement.
  • Generous paid time off to encourage rest and recharge.
  • Remote-first working environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Remote equipment budget to create an ideal home workspace.
  • Opportunity to work on global events and high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborative international culture built around ownership, trust, and thoughtful decision-making.
