What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both patients and providers while helping ensure daily clinic operations run efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing examination rooms and maintaining cleanliness and organization
Rooming patients and assisting providers during examinations and procedures
Recording patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
Providing patients with education, aftercare instructions, and support
Coordinating radiology and laboratory services
Assisting with clinical workflow and patient care coordination
Managing administrative and clinical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Helping create a welcoming and positive patient experience
Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Non-Certified Radiologic Technician (NCRT) license preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Basic computer and EMR proficiency
Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
