You will act as a key technical owner for integration platforms, driving efficiency by eliminating manual processes and ensuring system reliability. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly improves operational accuracy, speed, and system resilience.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade integrations and automation workflows that ensure seamless data exchange across critical business systems.

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Workato recipes using conditional logic, lookup tables, error handling, and multi-step workflows.
  • Develop and manage custom connectors using HTTP/SDK to integrate legacy and proprietary systems.
  • Implement event-driven, webhook-based, and scheduled integrations optimized for high-volume and real-time data processing.
  • Build and maintain bidirectional data flows across HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Automate key business processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity-to-order, and master data synchronization.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures, including API issues, payload errors, and system latency challenges.
  • Implement robust monitoring, retry mechanisms, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability and uptime.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, mapping specifications, and operational runbooks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep integration engineering experience with strong expertise in Workato and enterprise system architecture across CRM and ERP platforms.

  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, middleware development, or enterprise automation roles.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience working extensively with Workato in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in integrating CRM/ERP systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Ruby) for data transformation and automation logic.
  • Experience managing full integration lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience handling high-volume and complex data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Celigo is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and industry standards
  • Hybrid and flexible working model supporting work-life balance
  • Health coverage and wellness support programs
  • Learning and certification opportunities in integration and cloud technologies
  • Career growth opportunities in a global SaaS and enterprise technology environment
  • Exposure to large-scale integration architectures and modern automation platforms
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
