Director, Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations based in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of go-to-market strategy, where you will shape how revenue is planned, measured, and scaled across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will act as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, driving critical operating rhythms such as annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, covering everything from territory and quota design to compensation planning and performance analytics. You will also play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into scalable systems and processes in partnership with technical teams. By delivering actionable insights and robust reporting, you will directly influence growth decisions and operational efficiency. This position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help define the next stage of revenue expansion in a fast-growing environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with executive and GTM leadership to lead annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and organizational capacity planning.
  • Own revenue operations strategy including forecasting, pipeline analysis, bookings, retention, and performance reporting.
  • Design, implement, and optimize compensation structures, incentive plans, and SPIF programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead key operational cadences such as forecast reviews, executive business reviews, and performance management cycles.
  • Translate GTM business requirements into scalable systems in collaboration with Salesforce, CRM, and business systems teams.
  • Oversee commission operations ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely execution of payouts and reporting.
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Manage and develop a Revenue Operations team member focused on commissions and operational execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across GTM functions using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments, ideally within the $25M–$150M ARR range.
  • Deep expertise in territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, compensation design, and revenue performance management.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance).
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and partnering with technical or systems teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent background in business, finance, or analytics is a plus.
