You will be responsible for shaping the foundational infrastructure that enables millions of businesses to manage physical products, digital goods, and services seamlessly. The role requires strong platform thinking, as your decisions will directly impact multiple downstream teams and product surfaces across the ecosystem. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where scalability, reliability, and extensibility are critical. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role, blending vision-setting with deep execution ownership. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure alignment across complex, multi-tenant systems. Ultimately, you will play a key role in building the backbone of commerce infrastructure used at global scale.
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Information Management (PIM) platform, including catalog structure, items, variants, pricing logic, and related infrastructure.
- Lead the redesign and migration of existing catalog systems into a scalable, extensible PIM capable of supporting diverse commerce use cases.
- Define robust API contracts and data models to ensure the PIM serves as shared infrastructure across multiple internal product teams.
- Drive multi-team alignment by collaborating with engineering, design, and product stakeholders to resolve competing requirements and ensure consistent platform direction.
- Own pricing infrastructure strategy, including multi-currency support, rule-based pricing, and channel-specific price resolution logic.
- Translate complex merchant and business needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences for catalog and product management workflows.
- Establish platform standards, documentation practices, versioning strategies, and governance models to ensure long-term scalability.
- Influence broader commerce roadmap decisions by aligning PIM investments with downstream product dependencies and strategic priorities.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to platform, infrastructure, or SaaS-scale systems.
- Strong expertise in catalog systems, including SKU modeling, product hierarchies, pricing structures, and multi-channel distribution models.
- Proven experience designing API-first products and platform systems consumed by multiple internal or external teams.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and ability to evaluate long-term impact of schema and architecture decisions.
- Experience working with multi-tenant architectures or marketplace-style product ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in complex organizational environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability in ambiguous, high-scale environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and product concepts.
- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level product leadership roles.
- Opportunity to own a foundational platform used by millions of businesses globally.
- High-impact role with direct influence on core commerce infrastructure and product strategy.
- Remote-friendly and globally distributed working environment.
- Strong autonomy over roadmap definition and execution decisions.
- Exposure to large-scale systems operating across multiple countries and business models.
- Collaborative culture with high-performing engineering, design, and product teams.
- Opportunity to shape next-generation commerce infrastructure at scale.
- Learning and growth opportunities in platform architecture and product leadership.
