  • Strong background in writing software product documentation, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments supporting software development teams.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Visio, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex systems, diagrams, and technical requirements with minimal guidance.
  • Strong understanding of technical writing principles, content structure, and editorial standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
