Job Description:
The Resident Service Advocate plays a key role in fostering a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the amenity spaces of a residential building. By proactively walking through lounges, gyms, pools, co-working areas, and other shared spaces, this individual serves as a friendly, knowledgeable resource for residentsanswering questions, offering assistance, and encouraging full use of amenities.
Overview:
This is a people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a sense of community and ensuring that shared spaces are safe, respectful, and inviting for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-site presence, greeting residents and providing helpful information about amenity space features, hours, and guidelines.
- Proactively observe resident behavior to gently reinforce community rules and standards.
- De-escalate and mediate minor conflicts with a focus on empathy, diplomacy, and prevention of future issues.
- Report recurring concerns or maintenance issues to property management or the appropriate departments.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful community environment through daily interactions and consistent presence.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm, professional demeanor in conflict situations
- Customer service experience preferred

COMPENSATION
The Resident Service Advocateposition with LIVunLtd pays $25 per hour. Being the third party nature of LIVunLtd, salaries are dependent on relevant experience and the location of the position.
