This role is a high-impact, commercially driven position responsible for building and growing a VIP player base across a key U.S. region. You will act as the primary face of the brand for high-value players, developing relationships from first contact through long-term loyalty and retention. The position requires a strong outbound mindset, with ownership of pipeline creation rather than reliance on inbound leads. You will operate as a regional growth engine, combining relationship-building, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with retention, product, and marketing teams, you will help shape the VIP experience and influence product evolution. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly performance-oriented, with direct impact on revenue growth and player engagement.
- Build and own a regional VIP pipeline by proactively identifying, targeting, and recruiting high-value players through outreach, referrals, events, and local network development.
- Develop and manage relationships with introducers, affiliates, and existing players to generate consistent warm VIP referrals and expand the player base.
- Own end-to-end VIP account management, delivering personalized, multi-channel engagement to maximize retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Oversee bonus strategy and execution for assigned players, balancing engagement incentives with profitability and margin protection.
- Act as the voice of the player by feeding structured insights and feedback to product and retention teams to improve experience and offerings.
- Monitor player activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively implement reactivation strategies to reduce churn.
- Partner with internal teams to refine the VIP lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term engagement milestones.
- Analyze player data and performance metrics to optimize outreach strategy, bonus allocation, and revenue impact.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, responsible gaming standards, and internal policies.
- Deliver against regional KPIs including acquisition, active player growth, and net gaming revenue targets.
- 2–5 years of experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, VIP hosting, or player/account management roles.
- Proven track record as an outbound hunter, with experience building pipelines and acquiring high-value clients or players.
- Strong understanding of regional markets, including player behaviors, events, and networking opportunities.
- Commercially sharp mindset with the ability to assess risk, return, and value when managing bonus or incentive spend.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong data literacy, including experience working with CRM tools, player dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Self-driven and highly accountable, with the ability to operate independently and manage regional performance targets.
- Deep passion for sports betting, gaming, or casino products, with the ability to understand and articulate premium player experiences.
- Strong EQ and ability to manage high-pressure or sensitive player interactions with professionalism.
