This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Development Associate based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of client experience, sales support, and relationship management within a high-touch wealth management environment. You will play a key role in ensuring new clients experience a seamless, professional, and personalized onboarding journey from day one. Working closely with senior advisors and regional leaders, you will help drive business momentum by nurturing prospects, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting the conversion of leads into long-term clients. The environment is collaborative, client-focused, and fast-paced, requiring strong coordination across multiple stakeholders. You will also contribute to ongoing business development efforts, helping identify opportunities and improve engagement across referral channels. This is a highly visible role where client experience and commercial impact go hand in hand.
- Manage the new client onboarding process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high-quality client experience that supports retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with advisors and wealth management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent communication throughout the client journey.
- Support sales efforts by engaging with prospects, following up on opportunities, and helping advance leads through the pipeline.
- Participate in prospect meetings and manage post-meeting follow-ups, ensuring responsiveness and continuity.
- Maintain and organize prospecting workflows, including questionnaires, documentation, and communications with internal stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and referral networks to support ongoing business development.
- Assist with event coordination, reporting, and special projects in collaboration with regional leadership teams.
- Represent the organization as a professional ambassador in client-facing and partner-facing interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, sales support, or administrative client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding, relationship management, or sales coordination processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with high-level professionals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client needs.
- Preferred: Series 65 or Series 7/66 licensing (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner engagement and client-facing activities.
- Competitive base salary with additional incentive compensation opportunities
- Salary range: $68,000 – $80,000 USD base pay
