Position Summary

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable professional to join our team as an EEG Technologist. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed EEG training and are ready to apply their skills independently in a fast-paced clinical environment. You’ll perform a wide range of diagnostic and long-term EEG studies across multiple care settings while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic, long-term, in-home, on-site, inpatient, and remote EEG studies
  • Obtain and document relevant patient medical history
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot EEG equipment
  • Apply and remove EEG electrodes using the 10–20 system and perform impedance testing
  • Conduct activation procedures (hyperventilation, photic stimulation, sleep)
  • Recognize and document abnormal EEG activity for physician review
  • Maintain accurate documentation of waveforms, clinical events, and patient data
  • Prepare preliminary findings for interpreting physicians
  • Follow HIPAA, infection control, and universal precaution standards
  • Comply with company and hospital policies and procedures
  • Travel between clinics, patient homes, hospitals, and remote monitoring locations
