This role is centered on leading end-to-end software implementation and client onboarding projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and strong user adoption. The Client Engagement Manager acts as the main bridge between customers and internal delivery teams, coordinating timelines, resources, and technical execution across multiple stakeholders. They are responsible for translating client requirements into actionable implementation plans while maintaining high levels of communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. This position combines project management discipline with strong client-facing engagement, requiring both technical understanding and relationship-building skills. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the role ensures that software solutions are configured, integrated, and deployed effectively to meet business objectives. The ultimate goal is to deliver smooth implementations that maximize client satisfaction and long-term value.
The role is responsible for leading software implementation projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring that client needs are met while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. It requires strong coordination across technical teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful enterprise software rollouts.
- Lead full-cycle software implementation projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, managing communication, expectations, and issue resolution
- Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, and technical deployment activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Manage testing phases to validate functionality, performance, and system integration quality
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support end-user adoption and onboarding success
- Produce detailed project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation performance summaries
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in software implementation or project delivery within a client-facing environment. They combine technical awareness with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or client delivery roles
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with enterprise software such as CRM, ERP, or similar platforms
- Strong technical coordination skills across configuration, integration, and data migration activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
