Your leadership impact includes:

Why You’ll Love It Here:
• Empowerment – Autonomy to lead your department and implement care strategies that reflect your professional judgment.
• Team-Centric Culture – Collaborate with passionate professionals who are mission-driven and resident-focused.
• Growth-Oriented – Ongoing leadership training, professional development, and advancement opportunities.
• Resident Impact – Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families every single day.
What We’re Looking For:
• Active LPN or RN license (required)
• 1–2 years of nurse leadership experience in Assisted Living or similar care environment
• Proven experience in care coordination, compliance, and clinical staff management
