Role Overview
As a Barista at Ballers, you’ll create an elevated café experience for our members and guests. This is primarily a coffee-focused role with some light bartending duties (beer, wine, and simple cocktails), plus crossover support in our retail pro shop.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like
Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
Serving beer, wine, canned cocktails, and simple mixed drinks
Maintaining a clean and organized bar and coffee station
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
Following all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Assisting guests with gear, sports accessories, and Ballers-branded merchandise
Operating the POS system for café and retail transactions
Keeping displays organized, clean, and fully stocked
Delivering excellent, upbeat service that reflects the Ballers brand

Skills & Qualifications
1+ year barista experience required; basic bartending experience a plus
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to serve alcohol in Pennsylvania
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
RAMP and ServeSafe certifications (or ability to obtain)
