This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Temporary based in Brazil.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to deliver high-quality technical support in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this fully remote temporary role, you will help customers resolve product-related questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless support experience through clear and timely communication. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will contribute to continuous product improvement by identifying trends, documenting knowledge, and escalating complex issues when needed. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, explaining technical concepts in an accessible way, and providing outstanding service while working independently in a distributed team.
- Respond promptly to customer support requests via email, providing accurate, professional, and customer-centric assistance.
- Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot product-related problems, and collaborate with development teams to identify and report software bugs.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries while maintaining a thorough understanding of product functionality and technical features.
- Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and available features to help them maximize value.
- Maintain and improve internal and external knowledge base documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date support resources.
- Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
- Previous experience in customer support within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience using support ticketing platforms, with Zendesk experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Availability to work one of the required Central Standard Time schedules:
- Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Thursday to Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM CST
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor for the duration of this temporary assignment.
