Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining bakery production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on bakery production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Maintain HVAC and facility systems as needed
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to support operational goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with industrial controls and electrical systems preferred
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
