The Principal Global Partner Program Manager will play a strategic role in transforming global partner program strategies into scalable, operational initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. This position is designed for an experienced program leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build strong partner ecosystems. You will create operational frameworks, optimize partner processes, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver consistent experiences worldwide. Working across go-to-market, onboarding, enablement, marketing, and revenue teams, you will ensure partner programs are aligned, measurable, and impactful. As a Principal Global Partner Program Manager, you will own the operational backbone of a global partner ecosystem by translating high-level strategies into actionable programs, processes, and frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve partner performance, strengthen operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.
- Translate global partner strategies into operational plans, frameworks, and execution models across multiple program pillars.
- Build and maintain partner lifecycle processes, governance standards, documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Manage daily program operations, including partner communications, compliance processes, and workflow improvements.
- Develop program roadmaps, calendars, and execution plans across go-to-market, referral, onboarding, and enablement initiatives.
- Define partner health metrics, ecosystem KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks to measure impact.
- Create executive-ready dashboards, insights, and updates using data-driven approaches and AI-enabled reporting methods.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and proactively improve program scalability.
- Coordinate with partner-facing teams to ensure programs support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to develop partner enablement resources, positioning materials, and joint value propositions.
- Maintain systems, tools, and processes that improve partner relationship management and operational visibility.
- Drive alignment between program stakeholders by resolving dependencies, improving communication, and ensuring consistent execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced partner program leader with strong operational discipline, commercial understanding, and the ability to execute complex initiatives across global teams. You bring a balance of strategic vision, technical fluency, and hands-on program management expertise.
- 10–12+ years of experience in partner program management, ecosystem strategy, platform partnerships, or related technology roles.
- Proven success leading and executing impactful partner programs, including tiered partner models and scalable operational frameworks.
- Strong program management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ability to translate leadership strategy into structured, measurable execution plans.
- Experience building workflows, reporting models, and operational processes enhanced by AI technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting partner-driven revenue and growth objectives.
- Technical understanding of AI platforms and practical experience applying AI tools to improve operational outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create documentation, presentations, and executive-level reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams without direct authority and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in telematics, connected technology, or large-scale partner ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience managing hyperscale programs or complex global ecosystems is an advantage.
