Description: CNC Machinist – Weekend Shift

Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience, qualifications, and weekend shift premium)

Weekend Shift Schedule

Training (First 4–6 Weeks)

• Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

• Standard 40-hour workweek while completing training

Weekend Shift (After Training)

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment

• Perform tool changes, machine setups, and program adjustments

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-Code and M-Code

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments

• Maintain quality standards and production efficiency

• Work independently to complete assigned production schedules

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with machine setup, tooling, and offsets

• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
