Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in Mexico.
This role is ideal for a brand-focused designer who brings strong print and editorial expertise to a fast-moving, global environment.
You’ll create high-impact physical brand experiences, from large-format event graphics and booth designs to signage, vinyl wraps, and printed marketing materials.
You’ll also support digital brand assets, ensuring visual consistency across physical and online touchpoints.
The role combines creative thinking with hands-on production, requiring a strong understanding of how designs translate from files into real-world installations.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, events, operations teams, and external print vendors to deliver polished, production-ready work.
Attention to detail will be essential, particularly when preparing files, reviewing proofs, and managing technical print specifications.
This is an opportunity to grow within a remote-first, high-ownership environment where creativity, speed, and quality all matter.
- Design large-scale print and event materials, including event signage, vinyl wraps, window graphics, booth designs, and other physical brand experiences.
- Produce print marketing assets such as flyers, signage, and editorial materials while maintaining strong visual consistency and production quality.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring correct bleed, trim, color modes, dimensions, and vendor specifications.
- Support layout and light digital design work in Figma to maintain consistency between physical and digital brand experiences.
- Contribute to brand initiatives from initial concept development through final production and launch.
- Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand venue dimensions, installation requirements, physical constraints, and production considerations before finalizing designs.
- Coordinate with external print vendors, review proofs, and proactively identify technical or design issues before production.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all physical, editorial, and supporting digital touchpoints.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on assigned projects while keeping production schedules and business priorities on track.
- Investigate practical production challenges and develop solutions that work not only visually but also in real-world installation and manufacturing environments.
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including relevant internships or apprenticeships.
- Strong professional proficiency in Adobe InDesign, which is the most important technical skill for this role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with working knowledge of Figma.
- A portfolio demonstrating genuine print and editorial production experience, including large-format, event, or physical brand work; digital branding examples are a plus.
- Solid understanding of print production fundamentals, including bleed, trim, color profiles, file preparation, dimensions, and vendor requirements for large-format printing.
- Comfortable moving between print-focused work and supporting digital design assignments while maintaining consistent brand standards.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small technical or visual issues before they become costly production problems.
- Curious, hands-on approach to problem solving, with an interest in understanding how designs are manufactured, printed, installed, and experienced in the real world.
- Ability to work independently on defined projects while learning and applying established brand standards and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback, incorporating revisions quickly, and balancing creativity with speed, quality, and business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience combined with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Based in Mexico.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Remote-first working environment with flexibility to work from Mexico.
- Opportunity to contribute to a globally distributed organization supporting businesses across numerous markets worldwide.
- Hands-on exposure to large-scale print production, events, editorial design, and digital brand experiences.
- Opportunity to work on varied creative projects spanning physical and digital brand touchpoints.
- Collaborative environment with marketing, events, operations, and creative stakeholders.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a fast-moving organization.
- Culture that values initiative, ownership, creativity, attention to detail, and practical problem solving.
- Inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued.
