- Support the sustentation and operation of production processes, ensuring operational continuity, stability, and service quality.
- Monitor production environments, verify processing activities, and execute established operational procedures accurately and consistently.
- Receive, analyze, categorize, and manage incidents and service requests, using critical thinking to identify priorities and appropriate resolution paths.
- Independently investigate and resolve operational incidents, escalating complex or high-impact issues when necessary.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify recurring problems and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and implement process and operational improvements that increase reliability, quality, and efficiency.
- Interact with internal and external customers through Jira, Microsoft Teams, and email, ensuring clear communication and effective follow-up of requests.
- Document procedures, resolutions, and operational knowledge to support standardized and repeatable processes.
- Follow established ITIL, change-management, and quality-management practices, contributing to compliance with internal procedures and audit requirements.
- Act as a technical reference within the team, sharing knowledge and supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Previous experience in production support, systems operations, data operations, business systems, or a related technology environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly working with the command line.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, with the ability to understand and execute queries for investigation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Shell Script and MySQL is desirable.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, change management, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of quality-management principles and experience working within standardized processes is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly when interpreting system messages and categorizing incidents.
