Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surge

Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid New Mexico RN license or active Compact RN license – required
• Current BLS certification – required
• Associate Degree in Nursing – required
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience – required

Compensation: $32.00-$40.00/HR

Location: Las Cruces, NM
