Job Description

Position Overview

The Social Media Specialist & Coach manages content and organic strategy across client social platforms and coaches client teams on growing and sustaining their presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic social content calendars and strategy aligned to each client's brand and audience.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Track platform performance and translate results into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Coach client teams on content strategy, platform best practices, and sustainable posting cadence during office hours.
  • Keep current on platform algorithm changes and format trends relevant to the client base to better support clients.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years managing organic social strategy and content for a brand, agency, or client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow engagement or following with measurable results.
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and results directly to clients.
  • Strong writing and visual/content sensibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience across short-form video platforms specifically.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
  • Agency background serving multiple client brands concurrently.
