Certified Nursing Assistant - FT - 1st and 2nd shifts in High Point, North Carolina at EveryAge

As a Caregiver-C.N.A., you'll play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities Include:✔ Providing direct resident care and assistance with daily living activities
✔ Supporting residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of functioning
✔ Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
✔ Encouraging independence while promoting safety and well-being
✔ Delivering compassionate, person-centered care in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and state and federal regulations
✔ Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification
• Successful completion of a state-approved C.N.A. program
• Up-to-date required in-services and certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with Department of Labor regulations
