What You'll Do

The Leasing Agent serves as the friendly face of the community and plays an important role in helping prospective residents find their new home. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a sales mindset, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person
• Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process
• Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents
• Provide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features
• Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork
• Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite
• Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service
• Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of apartment leasing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of RealPage a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment
• Must be bilingual
