Job Description

Demand Generation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in the United States.

This is a hands-on demand generation opportunity focused on turning marketing strategy into measurable pipeline growth. You’ll own execution across outbound, nurture, landing page optimization, SEO/AEO, and, over time, paid acquisition. Working closely with marketing leadership, you’ll build campaigns, test conversion paths, monitor funnel performance, and continuously improve channel results. The role is highly analytical and execution-oriented, with a direct connection between your work, qualified leads, and customer impact. You’ll operate as an individual contributor in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to expanding access to innovative mental health treatment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize outbound lead generation through platforms such as Smartlead, including campaign sequencing, audience targeting, list management, and deliverability monitoring.

  • Build, manage, and continuously improve nurture campaigns in HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.

  • Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives across existing landing pages, using performance data to identify and implement measurable improvements.

  • Execute SEO and AEO initiatives based on search and AI-visibility reporting, including on-page optimization, content structure, keyword targeting, and other organic acquisition improvements.

  • Monitor and report on funnel performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, channel performance, and other relevant demand generation metrics.

  • Translate funnel and campaign data into clear optimization actions and continuously test new approaches to improve acquisition performance.

  • Over time, plan and execute paid search and paid social campaigns as budget and organizational capacity allow, including channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to turn broader acquisition priorities into effective campaigns and measurable execution.

  • Maintain a strong focus on experimentation, performance measurement, and continuous channel optimization.

  • Work effectively within applicable compliance and review processes when operating in regulated industries or markets.

Requirements:
  • 4–6+ years of professional experience in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Smartlead or a comparable cold outbound platform such as Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist; outbound platform experience is required.

  • Direct experience building and managing nurture campaigns and workflows in HubSpot is required.

  • Working experience with paid search and paid social platforms, particularly Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Proven experience with landing page testing, conversion rate optimization, and using measurable results to improve acquisition performance.

  • Practical SEO/AEO experience, including the ability to interpret search and AI-visibility reporting and translate insights into on-page and content improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently interpret funnel data, identify performance gaps, and determine appropriate next steps.

  • Highly execution-oriented approach with a willingness to work directly in marketing tools and systems rather than operating primarily at a strategic level.

  • Adaptability, resilience, motivation, and a strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback, learn quickly, and turn direction into action.

  • Genuine interest in improving access to innovative approaches to mental health treatment.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, fintech, or another regulated industry is a plus, particularly familiarity with compliance review processes.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote position within the United States.

  • Pacific Time Zone preferred.

  • Full-time, permanent employment.

  • Substantial equity opportunity as an early team member.

  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission focused on expanding access to innovative mental health treatment.

  • High degree of ownership over demand generation channels, from audience and campaign development through lead generation and optimization.

  • Broad exposure across outbound, nurture, CRO, SEO/AEO, and paid acquisition.

  • Opportunity to expand into paid acquisition ownership as the function grows.

  • Potential career progression toward senior demand generation or growth marketing leadership responsibilities.

  • Startup environment with a growing business and an established product line.

  • Direct visibility into how marketing performance contributes to organizational growth and customer impact.
