As an Admissions Liaison, you’ll serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and help guide them through the early stages of the admissions process. You’ll engage incoming leads, provide information about treatment options, and coordinate a warm handoff to an Admissions Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads and serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients.
Re-engage previous leads and provide information about Alsana and treatment options.
Determine initial client interest and program viability.
Create qualified inquiries in Salesforce and coordinate follow-up with Admissions Counselors.
Manage engagement through online chat, web inquiries, and other lead-generation platforms.
Maintain timely follow-up and help move prospective clients through the admissions process.
Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong, compassionate communication skills.
Sales-minded with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Ability to problem-solve, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare sales experience preferred.
