Reservation Agent/Customer Service in Vall d'Aran, Lleida at Emerald Stay

Location: Vielha.
Contract type: Permanent / Discontinuous fixed-term.
Minimum education: High School or Vocational Training.
Minimum experience: One year.
Description:

We are looking for a person to manage reservations and customer service for our Vielha office, with a good disposition towards change management.

You will join a dynamic team to interact with our customers and provide support to other departments of the company.

We offer work during the winter season, with the possibility of extension for the summer season.

Responsibilities:

• Telephone customer service.
• Virtual assistance for customers.
• Management of reservations and services.
• Handling telephone incidents.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced office skills
• People skills
• Experience in virtual environments
  Required knowledge of:
• French and/or
• English

Conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday (two days of weekly rest). Shifts. Continuous workday.
• Work at the Vielha office.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
