Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a One Identity and IAM based in India.
This is a senior-level opportunity focused on developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise identity and access management solutions.
You will take ownership of One Identity Manager, from configuration and customization through testing, deployment, and production support.
The role also involves building and maintaining API integrations across IAM and security platforms.
You’ll contribute to secure, reliable identity lifecycle processes within a complex enterprise technology environment.
Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll assess changes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
The position offers significant technical ownership across the IAM ecosystem, with exposure to upgrades, integrations, certificates, and operational security.
Depending on project needs, the role may also involve coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and integration changes within One Identity Manager.
- Create, review, and maintain technical specifications, solution designs, implementation documents, and other IAM documentation.
- Configure, customize, develop, and administer the One Identity Manager platform to meet business and security requirements.
- Develop new IAM features and enhancements while maintaining the reliability and maintainability of existing solutions.
- Lead testing activities, coordinate releases, and provide deployment support for IAM platform changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, alerts, and errors in One Identity Manager environments within established operational expectations.
- Manage certificate renewals, platform version upgrades, patching cycles, and other IAM maintenance activities.
- Develop and support API integrations between IAM platforms and other security or enterprise systems.
- Manage the addition or modification of integration connection destinations through APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply established security, change-management, release-management, and operational best practices to IAM services.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with enterprise Identity and Access Management tools.
- Strong hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager, including development, configuration, customization, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience designing and supporting API integrations between IAM platforms and security or enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access management, and related IAM concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to create and review technical specifications, design documents, and operational documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience in financial services or insurance-sector IT environments is advantageous.
- One Identity Manager Developer or Administrator certification is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Japanese-language capability or experience coordinating with Japanese stakeholders may be valuable depending on project requirements.
- Competitive compensation of approximately INR 20–30 LPA.
