Accelerated Growth is seeking Tax Manager with 10-15 years of experience. Candidates must be computer literate with prior experience in US GAAP general accounting and collecting tax forms and tracking client paperwork, identifying potential tax credits, and producing tax reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements, including review of tax compliance and supervising tax planning and business succession planning engagements with the ability to manage to budget
• Consult with partners, business, and individual tax clients on various matters
• Work with other CPA and Advisory and Technology team members to provide business solutions to middle market businesses
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client sponsors and growing client base. our clients and their other professional advisors.
• Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff.
• Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining, and training our team of up-and-coming professionals.
• Provide thought leadership and insightful recommendations surrounding a broad range of complex issues by leveraging expertise and experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s Degree in Accounting with US Taxation experience
• Inter CA, CA, CPA, or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification (or progress towards certification) – preferred
• Managed team(s) having at least 20-25 team members Prior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firm
• Experience with tax compliance including review of Form 1040, 1120-S and 1065 tax returns
• Strong client rapport & project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks™ and other US accounting systems
• Proficiency with computerized tax software & Microsoft Office.
