Patient Services Representative – Bilingual Preferred
Port Richey, FL | Full-Time | In Person
Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience

Are you friendly, energetic, and great with people? Do you enjoy helping others and staying busy? Just Pull It Dental is looking for a Patient Services Representative to be the friendly voice helping patients get the care they need quickly.
We specialize in straightforward dental care focused on getting patients out of pain fast. We’re looking for someone who can make every patient interaction feel welcoming, organized, and stress-free.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and help patients schedule appointments
- Manage appointment schedules and keep the day running smoothly
- Provide friendly, compassionate customer service to patients
- Communicate with patients in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Maintain organized patient records
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
- Make outbound calls and participate in marketing and networking efforts
- Navigate multiple computer systems and keep information up to date
- Help create a positive experience for patients from their first call through their appointment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Organized and dependable
- Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
